**SUEZ CRISIS, CAPTURE**Egyptian Hakim 7.9mm Semi Automatic / Self Loading Rifle**EARLY UK 1995 DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATED**Sn 9868 - 9868 The Hakim Rifle is a gas operated semi-automatic rifle. It was originally designed by Sweden and produced as the AG-42 Ljungman for the Swedish Army. The tooling and design were later sold to Egypt and the Hakim was produced there during the 1950s and 1960s. There were approx 70,000 made in Egypt. These rifles were issued to Egyptian Military during the Suez crisis and this is most probably a captured weapon from that conflict. The rifle has a 10-round removable box magazine, with latching magazine release catch. It has an unusual cocking action in that the bolt moves forward to open the breech. This is an excellent example with all original wood and metalwork. It has the correct 'cutts compensator' type muzzle, blade foresight, adjustable rear sight, bayonet lug, forward sling bar and rear sling swivel. The left side of the breech is stamped with Arabic text and the right side 'Hakim 7.9mm Made In Egypt'. The rifle is serial number ‘209’ and has other un-matching numbers. Deactivated to early UK specification in 1995 the rifle cocks and dry fires and the magazine can be removed. The price includes deactivation certificate & UK delivery. Sn 9868 £895.00 |

WWII U.S. Made Harrington & Richardson Mk VI One Inch Flare Pistol. ** UK 2010 DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATED** D 1473. - D 1473 U.S. made flare pistol by Harrington and Richardson, who had previously made flare pistols during the first world war. These pistols are characterised by traditional manufacturing methods of forging and machining. These pistols were made for Great Britain under the U.S. "Lend-Lease" program, which had started before the U.S. officially entered the war. The Mark IV was ordered from H & R by the British Purchasing Commission on 25th September 1941. 15,000 pistols were ordered from the USA, due to the shortage of British manufactured ones. The top of the machined barrel is marked with the H & R address logo: HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON ARMS CO. WORCESTER, MASS. U.S.A. The side of the frame is marked with MARK VI / ONE INCH, giving the specification of the British design. Breaking open the pistol reveals a serial number of 525 P on the bottom of the barrel and 2887 on the bottom front of the grip frame and on the breech locking lever. *Hairline crack on rear spine of right-hand grip-still intact*. *Interesting fact – a Harrington & Richardson Mk VI was used by Sean Connery in the 1971 Bond film Diamonds are forever* It comes with a 1998 Deactivation certificate. Marlin USA Safety Model 1892 .22 Calibre Lever Action Rifle with Tube Magazine. **UK/EU DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATED** D 1564. - D 1564 This is a very good Marlin Model 1892 lever action rifle. It has all its original woodwork and has blued metalwork. It has a 24” barrel and measures 40” overall. The top of the barrel is marked with the Marlin Fire-Arms Co. New Haven address & patents. It has an external hammer & full-length tube magazine. The top of the action is marked 'Marlin Safety'. The underside of the frame is stamped with number '180400'. The action tang is marked ‘Model 1892’. It has a Marlin signature butt plate, blade foresight & adjustable rear sight. Spanish Civil War & WW2 Era Spanish Civil Guard (Guardia Civil ) Issue German Contract Mauser 8x57 Calibre Bolt Action Rifle, WW2 Model 1941 Bolo Bayonet & Scabbard**EARLY UK 1993 DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATED**D 5971 - D 5971 The Civil Guard (Spanish: Guardia Civil) is the oldest law enforcement agency in Spain and is one of two national police forces. As a national gendarmerie force, it is military in nature and is responsible for civil policing under the authority of both the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Defence. During the Spanish Civil War, 1936-39 the Guardia Civil forces split almost evenly between those who remained loyal to the Republic. Their contribution to the war efforts on both sides were invaluable & proved effective in urban combat. The symbol of the Guardia Civil consists of the Royal Crown of Spain, a sword and a fasces (bundle of rods and axe). This German Mauser is a Spanish military contract weapon issued to the Civil Guard (Guardia Civil ). The woodwork and metal work are in nice undamaged condition. The barrel shank has the emblem of the Civil Guard The barrel is numbered W1938 and has calibre detail (illustrated). It is complete bayonet lug, adjustable rear sight, fixed fore sight, steel butt plate and sling swivels. It has a 23 ½” barrel and is 43 ½” overall length. The rifle is accompanied by its WW2 era Spanish M1941 Bolo Blade Bayonet & Scabbard. The bayonet has a distinctive 9 ½” long Bolo shaped blade and is stamped on the ricasso with Crown Mark (most likely Toledo arsenal). On the reverse it is stamped with number "1523 L". The bayonet has undamaged original wood chequered grips secured with two screw bolts (see 'An Illustrated History Of Bayonets' By Martin Brayley, Page 199). Its original steel scabbard has a frog locket and the throat is numbered 5370 P. Deactivated to early UK specification in 1993 the rifle cocks and dry fires. **ALL MATCHING NUMBERS INCLUDING MAGAZINES**Cold War 1952 Russian Izhevsk Arsenal Tokarev TT-33 7.62mm Semi Automatic Pistol With 2 Magazines, Leather Lanyard & Cleaning Rod**UK/EU DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATED** Sn 17865:15 - 17865:15 The TT-33 7.62 mm Tokarev self-loading pistol is a Russian semi-automatic pistol developed in the early 1930s by Fedor Tokarev as a service pistol for the Soviet military to replace the Nagant M1895 revolver that had been in use since Tsarist times. The pistols were issued to Russian Officers and were used throughout WW2 and the Cold War. This is an excellent original Cold War dated example complete with 2 magazines which both have lanyard rings fixed to the butt. The pistol has its original blue finish. One side of the frame is stamped with Russian inspection marks and number 'T3965'. It is also crisply date stamped '1952' and has the post 1928 Izhevsk arsenal mark of a ‘circle containing a triangle and arrow’ (In Russia Izhevsk the capital city of Udmurtia, has the titles of the Armoury Capital of Russia and the City of Labour Glory). The breech has matching number. Its ribbed Bakelite grips with ‘Star CCCP’ roundels are undamaged. The butt has a fixed lanyard ring. This set has a leather lanyard with loop end and sprung clasp fastener which attaches neatly to the lanyard ring. The pistol has open combat sights. Both of its original magazines have matching numbers ‘T3965’ and other struck out numbers (illustrated). It is complete with its brown leather holster. The holster is in excellent condition with full flap cover, single brass stud fastener, spare magazine pocket and rear riveted belt loops. The right aspect of the holster has 2 small stitched leather fittings for steel cleaning rod which is present. The inside of the flap has a Soviet ink stamp. WW2 1943 Russian Army Izhevsk Arsenal Mosin Nagant, 7.62mm Calibre Bolt Action Carbine**EARLY UK 1995 DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATED** Sn 22110 - 22110 The Mosin–Nagant is a five-shot, bolt-action, internal magazine-fed, military rifle, developed by the Imperial Russian Army in 1882–91, and used by the armed forces of the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union and various other nations. In spite of the age of its design these weapons have shown up in various conflicts around the world until the modern day, being rugged and effective, much like the AK-47 and its variants. The Izhevsk Machine building Plant is a weapons and motor vehicle manufacturer based in Izhevsk, founded in 1807 at the decree of Tsar Alexander I, and is now one of the largest corporations in its field. The Plant manufactured Mosin Nagant rifles during WW1 & WW2 along with AK47 assault rifles and other arms for the Russian War effort. The Plant produces arms for the Russian Military today. This is an excellent WW2 dated Mosin Nagant carbine. It has undamaged metal work with even patina and all original undamaged wood furniture. The Breech housing is stamped with Russian Script and the arrow within triangle Arsenal mark of the Ishevsk Plant together with 1943 date, Russian Hammer & Sickle mark and serial number TA7230 (illustrated in image 2). The metal work has other un-matching numbers. The weapon has its original adjustable rear sight, shrouded fore sight and steel butt plate. The fore stock and shoulder stock are correctly slotted for sling anchor. Deactivated to early UK specification in 1995 the weapon cocks and dry fires and the magazine plate opens.
