An original, as found, early WW2 dated Nazi German Leather Holster for Luger 9mm Parabellum Pistols. Made of brown Cow hide, the hard case holster has an integral leather pouch with stud fastener sewn into the inside of its lid, for a Luger pistol stripping tool which is present and found in the holster. The tool is stamped with Nazi Waffenamt maker code ‘Eagle 856’ (Carl Eickhorn, Solingen). The holster has a magazine pouch on its right aspect which was found to contain a WW2 era alloy toggle butt magazine. The magazine’s loading plate and spring function as they should. The toggle is numbered ‘9744’ and has ‘f above +’ marks together with Nazi Waffenamt ‘Eagle 63’ (Mauser Werke, Oberndorf ). The lid of the holster is secured by a buckle which functions as it should. The lid is impressed 'by the maker ‘Hensater & Cie Ulm’ together with ‘1939’ date. The rear has 2 belt loops and it’s quick draw strap with pull toggle is present. The leather has some scuffs consistent with service use, all leather and stitching are clean & intact. The price for this nicely marked Nazi Luger holster set includes UK delivery. Sn 23203

WW1, 1918 Dated, Model 1916 U.S. Army Holster by Clinton Saddlery for the .45 Colt 1911 & 1911A1 Semi Automatic Pistols With F.W.T. Army Inspector’s Mark. - L 510
This is a model 1916 US marked tan holster issued to troops carrying the M 1911 and M1911 A1 semi automatic pistols which was the standard sidearm for American troops. The full flap is embossed with the U.S (Army) roundel. The flap cover with an eyelet fastens to a brass stud on the front of the holster. The reverse of the holster has a leather belt loop, secured with stitching and four brass rivets. The leather belt loop is impressed by the manufacturer Clinton (Clinton Saddlery) 1918 (manufacturing date) and F.W.T. (Frank W TTaylor), an ordnance inspector to the U.S. Army. The muzzle end of the holster has a brass ringed hole for thigh cord. All of the stitching & leather of the holster is clean and intact. The price includes UK delivery. L 510

This is an original WW1/WW2 French military brown leather holster for a small framed automatic pistol. Small automatic pistols were often carried by French officers during the First and Second World War. There where were many different small automatic pistols used in both World Wars and intermediate period. This holster has a single belt loop at the rear 2 inches wide for a belt width approximately 2 ¼ inches wide. The full width flap is retained by a brass stud riveted into it, engaging on a leather tab sewn and riveted on the body of the holster. The holster has a single magazine pouch stitched to the front o of the holster under the flap. The holster measures 4 ¾ inches across the flap by 7 ½ inches in length. The length of the open holster from the top to the base is 11 ¾ inches. The holster is in a good condition, and the stitching is intact. The price includes U.K. Delivery. L 509

The flap is retained by a brass stud sewn into it, engaging on a leather tab sewn on the body of the holster. The holster measures 5 inches across the flap by 6 7/8 inches in length. The length of the open holster from the top to the base is 10 ½ inches. The base cap oval measures 1 inch by 1 ¼ inches. The holster is in a good used condition and the stitching is intact.
