BO 1061 - BO 1061 This is a collection of four hardback books, the first is 'German Small Arms' book by A.J.R. Cormack and published by Profile Publications Ltd. Windsor, England in 1979. It contains the history of the pre war build up of German weapon Production and is fully illustrated. It is complete with the original loose leaf wrapper. The second 'Weapons Of The Waffen SS From Small Arms To Tanks' book by Bruce Quarrie and published by Guild Publishing, London in 1988. The book is fully illustrated. It is missing the loose leaf wrapper. The third book, 'Rommel's Army In Africa' by Dal McGuirk was published by Guild Publishing, London in 1987. It is in great condition and is fully illustrated. It retains the original loose leaf wrapper. The last book, 'Deutsche Panzerabwehr 1916-1918 & 1930-1945 German Anti Tank Weapons Illustrated' book by P. Chamberlain, H. Doyle and T. Gander. First Edition 'Bayonets Of The Remington Cartridge Period' Book By Jerry L. Janzen. BO 1049 - BO 1049 This is a first edition copy (1993) of a scarce book by Jerry L. Janzen who authored 'Bayonets From Janzen's Notebook' book (1987) and was a well respected collector of bayonets with a collection of over 1,000 bayonets before his death. This work is a comprehensive look at the Remington Series of rifles with all known bayonets detailed by type and countries that used them. It shows all the known bayonets in colour and then black and white illustrations in the text relating to variations, scabbards, markings Etc. It also has pictures of the bayonets in wear and drawings of fine detail. The text is comprehensive with tables, production figures, contemporary adverts etc. This book is a must for any collector especially those with an interest in Remington.
