A very nice clean copy of ‘Bayonets From Janzen’s Notebook’ . This book which is long out of print and with the author now deceased is becoming harder to find. This copy is a fifth printing from 1997 (the first being 1987) with ammendments and additions. Jerry Janzen was a well known American collector of bayonets with over 1000 bayonets in his collection. This book is a compilation of his collection using Paul Kiesling’s drawings together with additions from Cole, Carter, Walter, Priest and others. It is a monumental work and a must for any bayonet collector. The drawings are highly detailed and show parts not normally displayed in photographs.
