*Original* British Officers WWI Period Holster for the 9mm Webley Automatic Pistol. 21741. - 21741
The Model 1909 was a modified and enlarged version of the Model 1908 chambered for the 9mm Browning Long cartridge. The pistol was not very popular and production stopped in 1914 after only 1,700 were made by Webley & Scott Birmingham/London. This original thick leather holster is in very good condition with leather, stitching and metalwork in perfect order. Measuring; 23 ½ cm in length and the flap is 15 cm at its broadest. An excellent condition WWI dated brown leather holster for the Webley & Enfield MK VI, S&W & Colt .455" Calibre Service Revolvers. It has a full flap cover with single brass stud and has a retaining strap with eyelet stitched to the body. It has a large rear belt loop with original brass bar and hook for attachment to Sam Browne belt rigs. The front of the holster is impressed by the manufacturer ‘T.Thomasson & Co’ and date of manufacture 1917. The inside of the holster’s flap has no stamps. A WWII Nazi German Walther PP semi-automatic pistol holster (The Walther PP (or police pistol) series pistols are blowback-operated semi-automatic pistols, developed by the German arms manufacturer Carl Walther GmbH Sportwaffen). The holster is marked ‘PP' under the flap. The holster height is 17 ¾ cm and the maximum flap width is 14 ¼ cm. The holster is in good condition and has a fold over flap secured with a steel button. The strap is securely stitched and the cartridge holder is sound. On the reverse it has a leather belt loop. All of the stitching is present and secure. The price includes UK delivery. 21740

**RARE**WW1 1916 British Stiby Brown Leather Open Top Holster For Webley .455 Service Revolvers For Machine Gun Crews With Brass Cleaning Rod & Unusual Period Brown Leather Belt With Individual Loops For 50 Rounds Of Ammunition. Sn 21671 - 21671
These open top holsters were issued to British machine gun crews during WW1. Our example is in excellent condition. The holster has its original brass cleaning rod contained in a slim pocket at the rear. The rear of the holster is dated ‘1916’ & has British maker’s name ‘Stiby’. The holster has its original retaining strap with eyelet and brass stud to the body. The rear has its original brass hanging bars attached to which is its original period Brown Leather Belt With Individual Loops For 50 Rounds Of Ammunition. The belt is 3 ½” broad at its widest & 42 ¼” long. The belt has adjustment holes and it has a brass buckle. All stitching and leather are clean and intact. The price includes UK delivery. American Civil War Era C1862-1865 U.S. Army Rock Island Arsenal Leather Saddle 'Bucket' / Boot Holster For 45-70 Calibre Cavalry Carbines Regiment Marked ‘T.C.’ ( Tennessee Cavalry Regiment). Sn 21685 - 21685
The US Army Rock Island produced firearms, munitions and associated leather work to the Union army during the American civil war. Rock island also housed many Confederate POW’s during the latter stages of the war. This is an excellent Saddle 'Bucket' Holster For 45-70 Calibre Cavalry Carbines made by the Rock Island Arsenal. It is made of black hide leather and has iron buckles with leather straps. The open top bucket has brass plate at the throat to provide protection to the leather when holstering a carbine. The bucket is 13 ½” overall length. The leather of the bucket is impressed by the maker ‘ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL’. One tip of the upper leather strap is impressed with ‘T.C’ most likely to the Union’s Tennessee Cavalry Regiment which saw action in the Civil war (The Tennessee Cavalry was organized at Murfreesboro, Nashville, and Carthage, Tennessee and mustered in for a three-year enlistment on July 15, 1862, under the command of Colonel William Brickly Stokes. The regiment lost a total of 245 men during service; 1 officer and 68 enlisted men killed or mortally wounded, 1 officer and 175 enlisted men died of disease or accident. **MINT**WW1 Era British WD Mounted Infantry Leather Saddle 'Bucket' Holster For Lee Enfield SMLE .303 Calibre Rifles. Sn 21684 - 21684
This is an excellent WW1 Era British Mounted Infantry Saddle 'Bucket' Holster For Lee Enfield SMLE .303 Calibre Rifles in near mint condition. It is made of quality brown hide and has brass rivets, rings and leather strap with brass buckle. The open top bucket has padded reinforced edges at the throat. The bucket has sturdy reinforced stitched edges. The muzzle end of the bucket is capped with central hole to allow water to escape when in use in the field. The tip of the strap has WD mark and letter ‘L’ impressed together with an indistinct impressed date (illustrated in the images). This is an excellent, leather holster for 4” barrel Mauser Broom Handle Semi Automatic Pistols. These pistols were usually issued to Infantry troops in a wooden holster that doubled as a shoulder stock. It is unusual to find leather holsters for these pistols. It has a full flap cover with brass stud fastener secured by a leather tab with eyelet. The top of the flap is impressed with German maker detail and WW1 date ‘Hans Romh Neu-Ulm 1915’. The rear of the holster has a leather riveted and stitched belt loop and leather tabs with brass hanger loops to which is attached its ammunition bandolier cross belt which has brass studs and eyelets allowing the holster to be removed from the holster if required. The belt has an adjustable brass buckle. The bandolier belt has 20 individual stitched belt loops for individual rounds of ammunition and a separate riveted leather ammo pouch with full flap cover with eyelet secured by brass stud. All leather & stitching of the holster, belt & pouch are clean & intact. The price for this excellent WW1 holster set includes UK delivery. Sn 21068:12. In WW1 the British RNAS were issued with Webley .455 semi auto pistols and Revolvers. This is a rare WW1 era British RNAS Officer's Brown Leather Holster For Webley .455 Service Revolvers & Semi Automatic Pistols. A copy of a contemporary photograph taken in autumn 1914 shows a group of Royal Navy Flight Officer’s & Royal Marine Officer’s, at least 2 of whom are carrying one of these holsters is illustrated in image 1. Our holster has the correct riveted seam, full flap cover with single brass stud and retaining strap with eyelet. The rear has stitched tabs which support a leather cross belt with brass buckle. All rivets are in place and all stitching intact. The front of the holster under the flap is impressed with number ‘544’. There are no visible date or maker marks on the holster or cross belt. All leather and stitching are clean and intact. The price for this rare RNAS holster includes UK delivery. Sn 21668 (in British holster box)
