This is a nice clean copy of ‘The History of the Norfolk Regiment 1919-1951’, but mainly covering the ‘WWII’ years. It was published by ‘The Regimental Association’ in 1953 and is hardback in blue cloth with gilt badge and lettering. The book covers the movements of all the Battalions particularly in ‘WWII’, and even covers the Norfolk Home Guard. The Regiment had Battalions in all theatres of the war, and included Germany, Kohima, Burma and Singapore. The appendices cover ‘Victoria Cross’ awards, lists of honours and awards and Colonels of the regiment etc. A detailed ‘uncommon’ book on regimental history. The price includes U.K. delivery. BO 400.

This is a very nice clean copy with a dust wrapper of the first edition of ‘Military Shoulder-Belt Plates and Buttons’. It was published in 1956 by ‘Gale & Polden’ of Aldershot, and covers in detail the shoulder belt plaes and buttons of every regiment of the British Army. It is profusely illustrayed with detailed descriptions of both the plates and buttons together with titles, battle honours and badges of each regiment.
