Quality Modern Production Firearm British Georgian Tower Napoleonic Wars Type Long Sea Service .63 Calibre Flintlock Pistol With Belt Bar & Regulation Type Brass Fittings Including Cudgel Butt**UK 2014 DEACTIVATION COCKS & DRY FIRES** D 6004 - D 6004 During the 18th century the British Royal Navy began standardising their Naval small arms. One such weapon was the Sea Service flintlock pistol. These weapons were used by the British Royal Navy throughout the Wars with neighbouring France 1750- 1815 and saw service at the famous Naval Battle of Trafalgar 21st October 1805. This is a quality made modern production firearm in the form of a Napoleonic Wars era British Enfield Tower Pattern Long Sea Service pistol. The pistol has regulation type brass fittings, including trigger guard with extended tang, ram rod flute, stock plate & cudgel butt. It has a heavy military cock fitted with flint & wood ram rod with brass end caps. The full size pistol measures 19 ½” overall with a 12” round steel barrel. The stock has a steel belt bar as found on original period pieces. The bar has a small ‘Crown’ Georgian type inspection mark. The lock plate has Kings Crown GR (George Rex) together with ordnance inspection mark and ‘Tower’ (purporting, but not Enfield made) as would be found on original period pistols. There are no visible modern maker marks or dates but the metal work under the wood has a modern British proof house stamp ‘QD4’. Deactivated to UK specification in 2014 the pistol cocks and dry fires crisply. The price includes deactivation certificate & UK delivery. D 6004 £795.00 |

Quality Modern Production Firearm British Georgian Tower Napoleonic Wars Type Pattern 1756 / 81 Land Service .63 Calibre Flintlock Heavy Dragoon Pistol Marked Farmer 1744**UK 2014 DEACTIVATION COCKS & DRY FIRES** D 6003 - D 6003 This is a quality made modern production firearm in the form of a Napoleonic Wars era British Enfield Tower Pattern 1756 / 81 Land Service Flintlock Heavy Dragoon Pistol (see page 134 of British Cavalry Carbines & Pistols Of The Napoleonic Era by Chisnall & Davies where original period examples are illustrated and described). The pistol has regulation type brass fittings, including trigger guard with extended tang, ram rod flutes, stock plate & cudgel butt. It has a heavy military cock fitted with flint & wood ram rod with brass end caps. The full size pistol measures 19 ½” overall with a 12” round steel barrel. The barrel has Georgian type proofs. The lock plate is signed ‘Farmer 1744’ representing a faux maker and date of manufacturer. The lock plate also has Kings Crown GR (George Rex) together with ordnance inspection mark as would be found on original period pieces. There are no visible modern maker marks or dates but the metal work under the wood has a modern British proof house stamp ‘DNR80’. Italian Pietta 'Sherrif Model' Colt Model 1851 Navy 6 Shot Revolver With 5” Octagonal Barrel & Brass Frame**UK 2026 DEACTIVATION COCKS & DRY FIRES** D 6002 - D 6002 The Colt M1851 Navy cap & ball revolver was a six-shot, single-action percussion weapon produced by Colt's Manufacturing Company. It saw widespread use in the American Civil War and on the American Western frontier. The Colt design lives on today in the form of quality live firing pistols true to the original Colt pistols, from Italian manufacturers Uberti, Pietta and Euroarms. This firearms grade Pietta manufactured example of the Colt Navy revolver with short 5” barrel sometimes retailed as the 'Sherrif Model' is in excellent condition. The pistol has a 5" octagonal blued steel barrel and measures 11” overall. The barrel is stamped with .44 calibre detail and Pietta maker information. The pistol is serial number 409195. It has a brass frame, brass post fore sight and notched hammer rear sight. The metalwork retains its original blue finish & it has an undamaged wood grip. The Walker model held 60 grains of black powder and chambered six, .44-calibre balls. The massive fire-power needed a much stronger frame and a larger design than earlier models. The reputation of the formidable Walker black powder firearms ensured Colt’s success. The heritage of these revolver's lives on today in the form of quality firearms made to Colt's patents by Italian firearms manufacturers such as Uberti. This quality made Italian Colt M1847 Walker’s USMR revolver is in excellent condition. It has a walnut grip, brass grip frame & captive loading lever. The cylinder is decorated with ‘Indian War’ scene and ‘banners with ‘Model USMR’ as found on period Colt USA revolvers. The frame is marked ‘US 1847’ and has Italian proofs. The pistol is serial number D 87191. The barrel is 9” long and it measures 16 ½” overall. It has a blade foresight and ‘v’ notch hammer rear sight. Manufactured by Norinco in China under Colt licence to a very high quality they are almost identical to the original iconic WW2 era Colt USA 1911A1 pistols. WW2 1941 -1942 Colt Police Positive .38 Calibre Military & Police Revolver With Open Cylinders That Will Accept Inert Rounds & 6 x Inert Deactivated Rounds Of Ammunition**VERY EARLY UK 1995 DEACTIVATION COCKS & DRY FIRES**Sn 23799 - 23799 The Colt Police Positive is a small frame double-action revolver featuring a six-round cylinder, chambered for either .32 or .38 calibre cartridges. Designed primarily for sale to U.S. federal, state, or local law enforcement agencies, the Police Positive was introduced into the firearms market by the Colt's Manufacturing Company in 1907. These pistols were also supplied to Foreign Armies & Police Forces. This is a nice example of the Colt Police Positive in .38 Calibre. It has a 5" barrel (9 ½” overall) marked on the left side 'Colt Police Positive .38'. The top of the barrel is marked with Colt's Hartford CT U.S address and patent detail. The left side of the frame is stamped with Colt's rearing horse logo. It is fitted with Military/ Police Lanyard ring. It has undamaged wood grips inlaid with Colt roundels. The pistol is serial number '397492' which dates its manufacture to the WW2 production 1941 – 1942. Deactivated to very early UK specification in 1995 the weapon cocks and dry fires in both single and double action, it has open cylinders that will accept inert rounds & a pinned, open barrel.
